VSG made of ESG 16 mm consists of two ESG panes that are connected to each other with an elastic and tear-resistant film. Before the ESG panes are joined together to form the LSG, all edge processing must be completed, as this cannot be done later due to the pressure. With the different colors (grey and bronze), one of the panes (each 8mm thick) is tinted accordingly, while the other is clear. The foil (1.56 mm) is also clear here.
