VSG
Laminated safety glass is a special safety glass that we produce individually for you to your desired size and design, made in Germany. In addition, our safety glass is cut using state-of-the-art CNC-controlled machines.
Laminated safety glass (VSG) 10mm consists of two float glass panes that are connected to each other with a tear-resistant film (PVB film). The float glass panes are each 5mm thick and the PVB film in the middle is 0.76mm thick.
You can choose from the colors clear, matt, bronze and gray. With the color “clear” both panes and the film are clear,
For further coloring, one of the two panes is tinted accordingly.

Advantage
If a break occurs in the glass, the glass splinters will stick to the pane and no glass splinters will fall down.
This greatly reduces the risk of injury because the pane stays in the frame if it breaks and does not shatter. The glass is also particularly robust.

Areas of application
The glass is most often used as a covering for patio roofs or railing fillings.
With laminated safety glass, the edges can be either hemmed, ground or polished as desired.
